Our super efficient solar heating panels will raise your pool's temperature 10° or more using the sun's free energy. When used in conjunction with a solar blanket, it is all the heat you will need — no expensive heater to buy and maintain and no costly gas bills. The system circulates pool water through the solar collectors where solar energy is used to warm the water before it returns to the pool whenever your pump is running.

Aboveground System
The Sunheater solar panels measure 2-feet by 20-feet and are made from quality polypropylene. Each one comes with the following: 2 elbow/hose connector adapters, 2 end caps, connector hose for additional collectors, 2 stainless steel clamps, 1 roll of Teflon tape and a bilingual English/French installation/operation manual. A diverter valve is available separately so the system can be turned on and off independently of your pool's filtration system. This is especially important if you run your filter during the night, since you will want to turn off your solar heater then. These systems are designed to be mounted on the ground, but a Roof/Rack Mounting Kit is also available for installation on a rack or nearby roof. For year-round swimming areas, add 1 collector to the total listed in the order guide below.

Inground System
The Sunheater inground solar heating panels are 4-feet by 20-feet (Two 2x20 Panels) and made of quality polypropylene. Each panel also comes with 5 stainless steel mounting brackets, 5 2-inch #14 stainless steel screws, 2 rubber connector hoses, 4 stainless steel clamps and a bilingual English/French installation/operation manual. Each of the three Solar Heater Kits sold here also include the System Kit, required for installation, which includes the following: 1 1½-2-inch three-way diverter valve, 1 4-inch hose, 2 pipe adapters, 1 end cap, 1 vacuum relief end cap, 5 stainless steel mounting brackets, 5 2-inch #14 stainless steel screws, 100-foot web strap (which can cover up to 4 collectors), 1 spring check valve, 3 stainless steel clamps, 1 SxS Tee 1½-inch and a bilingual English/French installation/operation manual.
