Calcium Booster is used to increase hardness in spas and hot tubs in areas with low levels of hardness. Low hardness will etch plaster and corrode equipment. Determine amount of Calcium Booster to be added using a total hardness kit. The ideal hardness level is between 150 and 400 parts per million.
